Back in 2012, Papa D helped Jennine obtain a loan through a second mortgage, so that she and her sister could purchase thoroughbred racehorses. Today, her and her sister breed thoroughbreds in France. They were able to pay back that second mortgage and her first mortgage (both) in Month 8; while still purchasing thoroughbred racehorses! 

In 2013, Harold and three associates wanted to get into the horse racing industry. They wanted to race thoroughbreds and breed them. Today their stable breeds racehorses in Kentucky. Harold has passed on and their stable name has changed, but they make $2 million per month racing and breeding, mainly selling yearlings at auctions. 

In 2015, a recently divorced Charlene came to me and wanted to get into a business where she would make a nice income, so I brought her into the thoroughbred business. Within her first nine months- she was making $800,000+ per month, starting with $400,000! She now breeds thoroughbreds out in California with four others. 

In late 2015, I convinced a doctor and his wife (2nd grade school teacher) to get into the racehorse industry. They started with just under $1 million. They purchased eleven thoroughbred racehorses. They now breed thoroughbred racehorses down in Florida, making over $3 million per month. He was making just under $700,000 per year as a doctor at a hospital. Their stable has several partners now. 

Ralph had just retired in late 2015, when I met them through Charlene (above). I convinced them that they should get into the thoroughbred business before they retire to Arizona. Ralph sold his insurance business and purchased fourteen thoroughbreds and raced them down at Gulfstream Park. They were making just under $2 million dollars per month racing. Today, late 2023- they make $5 million per month racing and breeding in Florida. They sell mostly at auctions and sales, yearlings to 2-year olds. Their stable has eight partners now.
